What does my warranty cover?
The Sunday Silks 12 month warranty covers the silk fabric and any zippers or buttons attached. We will send you a replacement product. The warranty does not cover incidents caused by a washing machine, or another garment coming into contact with the silk and ripping it. The silk must be handled with care according to the detailed instructions provided on the tag with your purchase or the care guide. Incorrect use of your silk garment will void your 12 month warranty. We are here to provide you with the best experience, if you have any questions at all, please contact us.
How to make a claim
To make a claim, you can contact our friendly customer experience team and we will get back to you within 24 hours (hopefully less).
How to find your Amazon Order ID Number
When you log in to your account, go to the account menu and select My Orders. This will take you to the page that lists all your orders and their statuses. You'll see the Order ID number on the top left corner of the details section of every order you've placed.
